Return your purchase within 14 working days from the day after delivery if you wish a refund or an exchange.
The items that you wish to return have to be new and clean, with their accessories and in the original packaging. Any damaged item which can’t be put back on sale will not be refund or exchanged.
The free return via DPD of one or more of the delivered items is only available if the order was delivered to an address within the European mainland or Great Britain.
Free return in a Berghen Store :
Go to one of our stores (see below).
Hand over your purchase to our salesperson with the completed return form.
The store can propose you different items in the case of an exchange.
Free return via DPD :
In your box you will find a return form and a sticker with our address.
Complete the return form.
Pack carefully the items in the original packaging and make sure the it is closed with adhesive tape.
Stick the sticker which already has our address (this sticker is your box).
Go to one of our ParcelShops to deposit the packet (see complete list here: https://www.dpd.com/be_en/business_customers/pickup/pickup_parcelshop_finder)
In any event, the customer must keep proof of return delivery/return of the goods.
In the case of a return : the refund is credited through the original payment method used to pay your purchase (refund on the credit card used or your bank account).
In the case of an exchange : After we receive your returned items, we’ll contact you for the shipping of your requested items.
